Our SAMA and safety awareness training focuses on prevention, situational awareness, and appropriate response techniques. These programs are ideal for organizations seeking to improve workplace safety, preparedness, and confidence in challenging situations.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Appointment Policy All services must be booked in advance. Appointments are confirmed once booking is completed and confirmation is received. For consultations and training sessions, clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. NJN Training & Consulting LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary, with advance notice provided whenever possible. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees. This policy helps ensure availability and fairness for all clients. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling without rebooking. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access. Payment Policy Payment requirements vary by service. Any applicable fees must be paid prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods and pricing details will be communicated at the time of booking. Training Participation & Responsibility Policy (Especially important for CPR & SAMA) Participants are expected to actively engage in training sessions and follow all instructor guidelines. NJN Training & Consulting LLC provides training for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes. For life-saving skills training, participants acknowledge that hands-on practice is required and agree to participate responsibly. AI Services & Technology Disclaimer AI services and training provided by NJN Training & Consulting LLC are designed to support productivity, learning, and business efficiency. AI tools do not replace professional judgment, legal advice, or human decision-making. Clients are responsible for how AI-generated outputs are used within their organizations. Refund Policy Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked. Completed services, consultations, and attended training sessions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy NJN Training & Consulting LLC respects client privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during consultations or training sessions will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
